I have an assessable income under the threshold to receive a government co-contribution to my super. As an Education Queensland employee I automatically pay a standard member contribution to my superannuation, which is deducted from my salary after tax. Do these contributions count as "voluntary contributions" for the purposes of receiving a government co-contribution to my super?
