I work in two Public hospitals and one private practice. My Superannuation is only from Public work.

Once I turn 60, can I access my super (retirement income stream) if I leave an employment arrangement that is one Public Hospital work. I will be working less than 10 hours a week at my second public work. I will be still working at my Private practice for 16 hours a week but there is no superannuation linked to my private work (not even SMSF) and I do not contribute to any private superannuation.

Do I now meet the conditions of release of Super as per ATO?
