Hello! I have lost my TFN as I made it when I was 14-ish and thus didn’t think it would be of importance…. Since then I’ve had to create a new mygov account to try and retrieve my TFN as my old account got shut down because I forgot the answers to the secret questions I put… I then try to link to the ATO but to link it…. I need my TFN? And every time I call the individual ATO helpline they say I need to lodge my TFN in for identification (which I don’t have) and that it’s “peak demands” right now and hang up on me. My issue is quite unique so is there anywhere I can go in person or a place I can call that will help me get my TFN back?
