Lodged 'Report unpaid super from my employer' form 2 months ago

Hi,

I lodged a 'Report unpaid super from my employer' form 2 months ago and have not heard anything. On the lodgement page, it mentioned "Please note that this process can take some time”. How is a regular person meant to know how long “some time” is? Is it 2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years…?

There is also no information on the lodgement page about who to contact and what to do if you don’t receive any update. Nor do you receive any kind of confirmation email once you lodge the form. It seems like there is a real opportunity to close gaps in this process.

Please help.

Hi @dan.f,

You should have received confirmation that we received the unpaid super enquiry form through your MyGov or posted to your address after you submitted. It can take some time for an update, as we take these enquiries very seriously and full investigations are done.

If you're worried, you can call our super line directly and ask for an update. If you haven't already, I'd speak with the employer who hasn't paid your super.
