Hello,
I keep receiving the following error message when trying to access my account:
“A951.22 - Unable to verify your identity. The Australian Tax Office (ATO) is unable to verify your identity.”
I have already lodged my most recent tax return, but now I am unable to log in and view it. I am currently overseas and unfortunately I am not able to call the ATO by phone. I am not sure why my identity cannot be verified, as I used the same details when completing my lodgement.
Could you please advise me what steps I can take to fix this issue and regain access to my account from overseas, without having to call?
