I don't have a problem with my MyGov account and it has the link ready for me to switch to the ATO but when I click the link, an it directs me to the ATO, the same server error keeps pooing up.
It keeps saying that they are having 'Technical difficulties' and that I should try again later but I have been trying for the past 2 weeks and the same error keeps popping up.
Its error code is: server_error
I have checked the ATO website and the do not have any information for this specific error code so I cannot find a specific phone number to call.
Please help as I do not know what to do
