Hello,


My BAS Agent RAN has somehow become unlinked from my MyID and I am not able to login to the BAS Agent Portal. When I look at the relationship manager, I am linked to the practice ABN.


This seems to happen yearly around TPB renewal time.


I have spent 2.75 hours on the phone to the helpline and nobody has been able to relink me. I have been told that it needs escalation and could take 28 days to resolve.


Does anybody at the ATO or on this forum know how to resolve this? I cannot wait upto 28 days.

We can't see your account notes or escalations here at ATO Community. We can only advise to let the escalation be processed and if you are unhappy with the service received you are able to lodge a complaint.


Alternatively, someone else on the forums may have experienced a similar issue and may be able to shed some light.
