My BAS Agent RAN has somehow become unlinked from my MyID and I am not able to login to the BAS Agent Portal. When I look at the relationship manager, I am linked to the practice ABN.
This seems to happen yearly around TPB renewal time.
I have spent 2.75 hours on the phone to the helpline and nobody has been able to relink me. I have been told that it needs escalation and could take 28 days to resolve.
Does anybody at the ATO or on this forum know how to resolve this? I cannot wait upto 28 days.
