I applied for TFN on 09.09.2025 and today it's 08.10.2025, still i haven't received TFN. and when i call ATO helpline they don't have any update and told to call agin next week. Is that too slow process ? And everything is online and easy to verify still getting that much delayed.. Is their any other option rather than call to reach out to ATO like email or any office?

TFN applications typically take up to 28 days to process once we receive your completed application. You applied on September 9, and it's now been about 29 days, so you're just outside our standard processing timeframe.
It's important not to submit another application as this can cause further delays. Since you've already passed the 28-day mark, you can call us on the individual enquiries line to inquire about your application status. Be sure to have your ATO receipt ID ready when you call.
Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to track the progress of your TFN application online once it's been submitted. Our phone service remains the primary way to follow up on applications that exceed the standard timeframe.
