I'm trying to log into my ATO account to see the transactions because the tax accounting company I'm using can't find the transactions of my current workplace. I'm trying to use my Superannuation details to log in ATO but it doesn't recognise them. I wonder if my super details are not logged properly in the system.

Hi @sebastianuzca

When your super details aren't being recognised for ATO account linking, it usually means the details don't match what we have on our records. This can happen if your fund has changed names, merged, or if you haven't lodged a tax return since creating the super account.

Here are some options to try:

  • double-check the super fund ABN using the super fund lookup tool, as some funds have multiple ABNs
  • if you haven't contributed to the fund in the last 12 months, your account may be inactive
  • try other linking details if available
  • request a linking code by calling our individual enquiries line (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).

You can also check your super details and transactions once you're linked by going to ATO online services through myGov, selecting Super, then Fund details to view your employer contributions.
