Hi I am having troubles to access my client's information on tax agent portal, when I searched the client by TFN, the message showed "Permission required This client's record can't be viewed. Contact us to discuss.". The client also has no idea why this happened, I tried to readd the client but cannot do that either as ATO cannot find related information with the client's dob and tfn.


Please kindly assist, thanks!
