I changed my name with medicare 10 years ago but it never updated online. Everything except Medicare and mygov are showing my new name and mygov says it takes the information from medicare. I can't see anywhere now I can try to change my name again for about the 3rd time with MEdicare. -it is so frustrating. Can anyone help me? I don't want to spend hours on the phone with medicare or going in there - i have already done this multiple times with them and it just doesn't update.
