Previous employer didn't submit the PAYG they withheld from my wages. I also don't have proper pay advices that have YTD earnings etc so I can't even make an estimate of what it should be. I don't have all the pay advices for that employment period. How do I deal with this? How do I report this? I've already submitted online report for the unpaid superannuation. Thanks

Hi @Liz1964,
It's understandable to feel concerned when an employer hasn't met their PAYG withholding obligations. The tax that was withheld from your wages should have been reported and paid to us by your employer. If they haven't done this, it affects your income statement and tax return.
You've already taken the right step by reporting the unpaid super online. For the PAYG withholding issue, you'll need to call our Individuals enquiry line so we can look into your employer's reporting and payment obligations. We can check what's been reported to us and help you work out what income to include in your tax return.
When you contact us, let us know that you don't have complete payslips showing year-to-date earnings. We may be able to see what your employer has reported through Single Touch Payroll or other lodgments. If nothing has been reported, we'll need to follow up with your employer about their obligations.
Your next steps are to contact us on the individual line so we can access your records and provide specific help. You can also report your employer by making a tip off.
