May I know would I be able to utilise my Super Funds to purchase a Tiny Home for me to live in under the FHSS scheme ?
if so what is the process ?

Just so we're on the same page you mean a tiny home that's relocatable?
If so, it's a no. Your name must be on the property title or land to be eligible.
