Hi there, I have left Australia in April and have cancelled my visa, and have submitted my DASP application now six weeks ago. My Super (PSSAP) tells me that they have not received the request from ATO. I have now called several times via phone and also send emails and still do not have a response on where this application is. The small complication in this is that I have a German name with an ü, which is resolved in my tax number as an UE, but in my name as a U. I really want to get this resolved as soon as possible and need help. If there is anyone out there who has similar experience or someone I can talk to at the ATO who knows how to deal with this, that woudl be great. I had been told that this has been escalated, but there is neither timeline nor communication ever since. Thanks for your help.

We can't access your account to see the details of your application or the escalation. You can contact the super enquiries line to see if they have an update or if you're unhappy with the service provided you can lodge a complaint.


Outside of that, hopefully someone in the community has had a similar situation and can offer some advice.
